The 2020 Feytit-Clinet has a vibrant, expressive, beautifully-defined bouquet with wonderful tension considering the growing season. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, very fine acidity, blackberry and boysenberry fruit with white pepper and thyme towards the finish. Impressive length and class, this is a superb Pomerol.

The 2020 Feytit-Clinet is a brooding, powerful wine. Blackberry jam, graphite, licorice, incense, spice and espresso saturate the palate with tremendous depth. As always, Feytit Clinet is a wine of vertical structure. There’s plenty of tannins, but they are pretty much buried by the sheer intensity of the fruit. This is compelling.
