Clementine nose. Immediate impact: this is beautiful. It s clementines but it tastes of stones, of arched stones. Perhaps there is something of roasted nuts. Perhaps thyme, dried, tucked deep into its folds. The texture is deeply creamy. An almost invisible wraith of smoke. Very exciting, very compelling. There’s a story in here. Drink 2027-2038
