This wine was introduced in 2019 and it is one of the finest red of the cote de Beaune. The 2024 is spectacular. Fine Pinot Noir grapes were the first to be picked, and the grapes were so healthy that no sorting was needed. After just a few pumping-overs and a fermentation which lasted 11 days, the wine was already showing its bright ruby colour. Round and harmonious, with silky, delicate tannins to wrap the red fruit flavours. Delicious now and suitable for mid-term ageing.
