Les Ravelles is a small vineyard of only 1.2 hectares, one of Meursault s best-kept secrets. It’s a cool higher site and normally the domaine s last vineyards to be harvested. The long, slow ripening allows complex flavours to develop, while acidity slowly rounds to create a beautiful harmony. 20% new barrels and average vine age of 60 years. The nose is floral with ripe yellow fruit, finishing long and refreshing.
