Sous le Dos d Ane (French for donkey s back) is lying uphill from famous Les Perrieres vineyard and it was planted in the 1950s. The 2024 has been ageing in 25% new oak resulting in a rich and complex, golden wine. The finish is dry and fresh, balancing with some corners the round texture. Very complete. [03/02/2026]
