The 2024 Chassagne-Montrachet Clos des Murees 1er Cru, the monopole of the estate, tends to produce larger berries that take longer to ripen. It is precise, flinty and focused on the nose, again a little Puligny-like in style. Quite strict, there is a pleasing marine in??uence towards the finish. It will be
tempting to open this early but it will certainly age.
