A vino rosato made from 100 percent Nebbiolo, using fruit from old Vigna Disa vines that would otherwise become Barolo. The Nebbiolo character is clear, with structure and subtle, finely shaped tannins in the background. The nose brings together white currant, juicy pink grapefruit, watermelon, peach and a touch of light candied orange peel. A saline edge brings extra sapidity to the youthful balance of acidity, zest and delicate sweetness.
