The 2024 Hautes-Cotes de Nuits Rouge offers cranberry and raspberry fruit on the nose, has a pleasant spring in its step. Light but there is energy here. The palate is smooth on the entry with candied red cherries and strawberry but it just falters towards the finish, which feels a bit abrupt. Hopefully, it will fill out by the time of bottling.

Jasper Morris 87-88
45 hl from just over a hectare. Pale in colour, impressive delicacy on the nose. Some riper notes to the nose, but otherwise this is a fine boned white with considerable elegance. Very good. Drink from 2026-2028.
