Domaine Chapelle de Blagny, named after a 15th-century chapel once owned by Cistercian monks, has been owned by the same family since 1811. Starting with the 2015 vintage, the de Bréchard family transitioned from selling grapes to bottling its own high-quality wines.

The vineyards are all located high up on the territory of Blagny; the two appellations here are Puligny-Montrachet, Hameau de Blagny & Meursault-Blagny, which includes less well-known Premier Cru vineyards than Meursault but second to none in terms of quality, especially as their higher elevation gives them advantage in the face of global warming, allowing the natural acidity to be maintained.
